Engineering Management

  • Maintenance and civil works of the complete infrastructure of the Township including common areas, boundary walls, upkeep of roads, footpaths, pavements, gates, parking areas and signage. Adherence to all building bye-laws as applicable.
  • Maintenance and repair of electrical installations including DG sets, electricity distribution system, cabling, electrical panels, transformers and operation/maintenance of electrical pumps, motors, power-backup inverters, lifts/escalators etc.
  • Maintenance and operations of all types of chillers and air conditioning systems, AHUs/FCUs, ventilation system and cooling towers.
  • Maintenance of fire fighting/fire safety and electrical systems and timely renewal of fire NOCs.
  • Maintenance of street lighting, energy audits and instituting power conservation measures.
  • Maintenance of water supply pumping systems including underground and overhead water storage tanks, reservoirs and waterlines to ensure continuous, clean and hygienic water supply for domestic consumption, horticulture, fire safety and other common services.
  • Maintenance of storm water lines, operation and maintenance of water treatment plant & sewage treatment plant soak pits and rain water harvesting pits.
  • Replacement of worn-out capital/fixed assets like pumps, DGs, panels and cables etc.
  • Renewal of Annual Maintenance contracts for the key equipments like DGs, STP, electrical panels, lifts/escalators, fire alarm system etc.
  • Ensuring due compliances with respect to services and installed equipment as per the provisions of the applicable laws, government orders and statutes.
